TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The competition starts on 15 Feb 2023 and ends on 19 March 2023
  • Multiple entries are allowed.
  • No late entries will be accepted.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Galleria Mall reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time in its sole discretion and without any liability.
  • The runners up will be notified by means of the contact details provided to us. If we are unable to contact a winner within 3 days or if the winner is unable to collect the prize within 3 days, the winner will forfeit the prize and Galleria Mall reserves the right to re-draw a new winner under the same conditions.
  • Participants are required to have a valid SA driver’s license.
  • The winner agrees to have their photograph and name used in promotional material.
  • Galleria Mall’s branding must be on the car for 12 months, applicable from the date of winning the competition.
  • When entering the competition, entrants give Galleria Mall access to their personal details for marketing purposes of Galleria Mall only.
  • Galleria Mall may use winners’ information for non-personal statistical purposes.
  • The competition is not open to the staff of Galleria Mall and its service providers along with their immediate families,  thetenants and staff of tenants,the prize sponsors or the respective advertising agencies and PR companies.
  • Galleria Mall shall not be liable for any manufacturing faults, recalls, damage or loss of or to any vehicle or person once handed over to a winner.
  • The cost and arrangement of licensing, registration and insurance is excluded.
  • The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • 5 finalists will be entered into the final draw that takes place 24 March 2023
